How The Image Factory’s Photography Strengthens Dunoon Ceramics’ Brand and Brochures
Dunoon Ceramics Limited have used our studio for over 20 years, something I am very proud and grateful of. I think this says a lot about The Image Factory and maybe myself too. We are good photographers that are nice to work with, and offer good value for money.
We work closely with designers at the factory and Origin Studios that provide their artwork and twice yearly brochures. Building these relationships is as crucial as the photography itself in my opinion, who wants to work with a photographer that doesn’t understand them or get on well with them.
The process for Dunoon begins with being supplied with a full brochure pagination, showing the format that each picture needs to be to then fit and where it is on the page. As you can see from the selection of images here they are varied in size and complexity. So many of the images are themed and props are supplied to suit. We do have some here but never enough for this size job! As shooting a 40 page brochure takes such a long time most shots are past via email with the designer.
At the end of each day a set of images is sent to the client/designer via WeTransfer.
We have really enjoyed our collaboration with Dunoon and Origin of the years and hope it continues into the future.
